A tip on fitness and IPPT: Usually, the your score for IPPT, (pass, silver, gold) is only as strong as your weakest station. Maybe if u say that yr sit-up standard (gold), 2.4km (silver timing) I believe that only very much provide a momentary relief/motivation of things :D. but the fact is, u still FAIL! Time is short man, BMT won't wait for a pass to end/POP. Need to work on the arms & jumps dudes.

I usually train my troopers by giving them intensive power PT, very effective just keep training on the specific muscle group need on the station (thighs, arms.. etc) 40% of my platoon can jump 250cm & higher for SBJ, & only 4 got a pass in the platoon, rest all silver/gold.

Also, keep running to maintain yr 2.4 constantly below 11:21, that the only way to play safe. before you know it, you can do 8-14km runs non stop dudes... but it takes time and determination & you will be there. ;)

well or me I have a 21km run coming next month.. the army half marathon (AHM), haiz
