Nah

All these information can be gotten publicly by anyone anyway.

Besides, they were the ones who hit us below the belts first.

David: Yeap, those info can be gotten publicly by anyone if they pay the $5 fee. The reason why there is a fee is to prevent people from abusing these info. Seriously speaking, I don’t see the need to publish their residental address all over the place. Yes, these people invade our privacy. Does that means we should invade their privacy in revenge? There are several methods to deal with people like odex, but i think these methods are too much. Personally, I support the odex cd recycling event.

Farinelli: Why are we scooping to their level?

How is it too much?

If you can’t bear the consequences, don’t do the deed. I believe in the karma mantra.

DK: The $5 is for service charge also as they are providing it as a service to you. You can even photocopy the ACRA report of any company and put it in every letter boxes also. It is not against the law.

I don’t see how their privacy would be enhanced by keeping this information a secret. Their neighbours could just as easily give out the information. It is like a mobile phone number: once you hold it, you don’t have an expectation that anyone is under any obligation to keep that number a secret for you.

However, you can file a police report if someone uses this information to harrass you in any way. That said, I sincerely hope that nobody does anything illegal for “revenge”, even if the people listed in that list have offended you in any way. Just as you have a right to privacy, they too have a right to privacy. How would you anticipate having an expectation for others to respect your privacy if you don’t start practicing what you preach?

well you can look at it this way, they invaded the privacy of thousands, what makes you think THEIR privacy would be spared?

Its like the school bully beating the shit out of all the kids in the playground, and when everyone bands together to wallop session, the bully plays the victim card.

Be rational. All ODEX have done is perfectly legal.
See this review.

BayTSP CEO wouldn’t come Singapore for no reason and i think his company is the one who spread the virus that almost clear the Internet of anime. Remeber a few weeks ago, alot of anime sites has been hit by a virus. i suppose that would be a cover up. Futhermore, fansubs has already deal with the censorship better than ODEX who says they produce lousely subtitles becoz of the censorship is completely bullshit and excuse.
