Looks like iPhone flunk in Singapore and India. Too bad, Singtel got the prices way out of reach for consumer. Looks like prices are going down soon to clear the stock. Blaaaaaaaaaah Singtel.

i suppose to collect on phone on 3 sept but today i received a sms from singtel that i can collect my phone today at con centre. went down, the Q was still long. need to go thru 3 zone which took around 3 hrs to collect my phone. I think they are quite friendly, and their customer still not bad lo. their points, 8 out of 10

It is Singtel side cocking things up. They do everything so last minute and they do not have the manpower to cather for it. I suggest you keep calling 1626.

I have been trying to make confirmation for my appointment date by logging in Singtel with my NRIC number and the given password but with no success. I called 1626 for assistance and was told to wait as ‘the traffic is quite congested’. I tried again and again to confirm my profile so as to move on with my confirmation of appointment but I was stuck there all night, and when I tried again this morning it was the same. Please help.
