I have baught the Microsoft Optical Desktop 700, yesterday. I had difficulty getting going, with the keyboard, AND the mouse, though once going, I find both excellent. It would improve your product , if you included a leeflet saying, "After plugging in, and installing the appropriate batteries[I liked that you included the batteries], then press the button on top of the modum, and while the light flashes on the modum, press the buttons below the mouse, marked "connect" and the button below the keyboard, also marked "connect". "
The lack of helpfull information, also includes your 30% cash Back offer. I baught the product, before the other products on sale in the shop, because the "cash Back: offer appealed, despite the other products more handsome appearance. Now I have spent 3 hours trying to find an adress to send my "receipt" etc, I have been in the nett sorting out the multitude of options , when all I needed was the adress printed on the circular sticker. which was on the front of the product box,an excellent eye catching sticker, that did its job getting me to buy, but absolutely annoying, without the adress being somewhere. Your product is great. your attention to detail in the providing of relevent information, could use some extra effort. I still dont know where to submit my rebate claim. Send me the adress , soon, before the time limit of your offer runs out. [All this for a few dollars, it hardly seems worth it, though, that may be your purpose]P>S> I have wasted this much time I hope it is information upon wich you act, or that would make the effort truely a waste.
