I can confirm it works because I tested on 3 iPhone 3G (including mine) and my own 1st gen iPod Touch.

1) You may need to “forget” the NUSOPEN network because it may automatically connect to it.

2) You may need to do that a few times to accept the cert.

Hey Lester. Not sure if it really works? Cause it doesn’t work for me.

I am using ipod touch 1st gen and have tried:
1) to go back home and reconnect when i couldn’t connect to NUS (it did appear among the networks to connect). Either it didn’t get to connect or it connected after a while without the certificate , which will eventually connect back to NUSOPEN.

2) rebooting my ipod and reconnect. I got to see the certificate but nothing happens after I click accept, except that the accept button went away.

I am kinda clueless now but it looks great and promising, good work anyway -)

Ensure that your area has NUS wireless SSID first by using your laptop to check (of course your laptop need to be logged in to NUS instead of NUSOPEN to check)

Yes I am SoC Student, Year 3. You may need to be in certain areas to get NUS SSID. I can confirm there is NUS SSID in SoC and COM1

Are you an NUS Student? Me too. I can’t find connect to NUS network. Can only see NUSOpen instead. I will try it later.
