Changed the site colour to red for Christams, actually this colour exsists very long ago already, for Christmas I made this colour as the default colour, added some Snow Flakes falling down, is abit lag because it uses JavaScript. Will be changing the top image to some x-mas picture if possible.

Why if possible? Because I sucks in art. LOL

*Update* Disabled the snow javascript. Too many people said it is lame, shall enabled it when it is nearer to Christmas.

Decided to change the ShoutBox and put in only on the main page so that it will load faster for the rest of the pages. It will also appear as a shout module, not just shout module alone because I have been doing so for a few months and it is practically empty. Humans are born lazy, so I don’t think they can be bothered to click on the “Shout Module()” link.

Modified the “Blogs Links” to a drop-down menu style, the old style is taking way to much space on the page. So now the time taken to process the main page is about 1 second and the rest of the site is about 0.5 second or less.

Let me know if there is any bug. I know the ShoutBox is small, but no choice, unless u click on the “Shout Module()” link.

I have uploaded all the photos taken during the chalet in 3 digital cameras to the site. Total of 271 photos or 26 MB worth of photos. The photos are available in the Poly Gallery, url is http://www.orientek.net/kore/gamerz/gallery/?page=poly.

Just for your information, this site is powered by B2 CVS version, thus all the files are always up to date.

Tweak some stuffs on this site, mainly only affect the back-end rather than the user-end. Now the time taken to load the page is much more accurate and it is located at the bottom but outside the page layout.

All parts of the page layout are now being called from a function file rather than including the file. This makes updating the site an easier job for me and the site will look more uniform in terms of breadcrumbs navigation and the page title.

Yap, thats right, you can read my blogs on your WAP enabled handphone, thanks to a great hack made by plazz2000. Information that will be displayed on the first WAP page will be the blog date follow by the blog title, when you choose that link, it will bring you to another page that will display almost the full blog infomation, that includes date, title, no. of comments and of course the blog itself.

My WAP url is http://www.orientek.net/kore/gamerz/b2wap.php. To go to the URL on your Nokia phone, just go to Services > Menu > Go To Address, and key in the url as mentioned above, and there you have it.

There are also some minor site updates which are only visible for the admins, like edit comments and edit blogs etc. Hehe =)

B2 is out of the beta stages, v0.6 will be the last release before B2 v1.0. As usual, I always keep my site up to date with the latest B2, so there you have it, it is now updated to B2 v0.6. Not much changes from v0.6pre5 to v0.6 except some minor bug fixes and backend stuffs. Pinging Cafelog for testing purposes.

Upgraded this site to B2 v0.6pre5 of the B2 blogging software, new features such as PingBack and TrackBack, which up till now I do not know how it works.

Even his current version, version 3.1 is a ripped off from CS Skins old layout. Manage to find the old CS Skins layout through Archive.Org and here it is.

I gave him an email to remove his site new layout before within 3 days. By the way, this is the 2nd time my site got ripped. At least this time the ripper is much smarter than the previous one but he is still stupid.
