2. Great plugin dude. I just installed it and am able to use it trouble free. Extremely simple to use. No problems so far.

3. Just installed it on WP2.1 and it works fine. It doesn’t show the ‘announcement’ text when the date is turned off, in fact it still shows the date too, but that’s OK.

   Very nice plugin, thank you!

4. yea, if the date is turn off it will not show it. I am trying alternatives to that.

10. Wanted to let you know everyone that the latest version of (2.1 onwards) WP has this feature built in. You can select static page from the Options–>Reading menu

11. Sticky Posts != Static Page. It is 2 different thing altogether
