    this the error it trigges:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare poll_menu() (previously declared in /home/7414/domains/ratiograph.net/html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/polls/polls.php:50) in /home/7414/domains/ratiograph.net/html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/polls/polls.php on line 49)
