Did you enable XMLRPC in WP-Admin -> Settings -> Writing? Under “Remote Publishing” ?

I wonder what I did wrong. I was not able to get a ping update from ping.sg after I did my upgrades.

in fact, everytime i update something from wordpress, i have to refresh the RPC Ping list.

am i doing something wrong?
