i would say depends on what you need. There is no such thing as best plugins. Is more of what you need than you get a plugin to fill your needs.

It is a bug if you have single quotes in your poll answer or question, download the WP-Polls 2.30 Beta 1 https://lesterchan.net/wordpress/downloads/ to solve the problem, PLEASE READ THE readme.html and note the tabs
