It comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage with the an expandable storage using microSD of up to 2TB. It has a 5.5″ 2560 x 1440 Quad HD AMOLED display (535ppi) with 13MP f/1.8 rear camera and 5MP front camera. It comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage with the an expandable storage using microSD of up to 2TB. It has a 5.5″ 1080 x 1920 Super AMOLED display (403 ppi) with 16MP f/2.0 rear camera and 5MP front camera. Both Moto Z and Moto Z Play is still on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow but it will be upgradable to Android 7.0 Nougat before end of the year. The Moto Mods are just an awesome addition to the phonebut a tad expensive. I might consider getting this to replace Li Xiang’s Nexus 6 which is about 2 years old.
