Both are made from polyurethane. There are no leather cases available yet. The [Smart Keyboard Folio](https://www.apple.com/sg/shop/product/MU8H2ZA/A/smart-keyboard-folio-for-129-inch-ipad-pro-3rd-generation-us-english) retails for **S$299** and the [Smart Folio](https://www.apple.com/sg/shop/product/MRXD2FE/A/smart-folio-for-129-inch-ipad-pro-3rd-generation-charcoal-grey) retails for **S$149**. The Smart Keyboard Folio is available only in Charcoal Grey, while the Smart Folio is available in both Charcoal Grey and White. I chose not to get the Smart Keyboard Folio as it adds a lot of weight to the iPad. And most of the time, I will not be using the keyboard. If I need to use a keyboard for coding, I will pair it with an [Apple Magic Keyboard](https://lesterchan.net/blog/2016/05/11/apple-magic-keyboard/) instead. The Smart Folio only protects the front and back of the iPad Pro. It doesn’t protect the four sides. One of my favorite iPad case from Apple is still the [iPad Air Smart Case](https://lesterchan.net/blog/2013/12/18/apple-ipad-air-smart-case-brown/) as it protects the whole iPad Air. It seems Apple has stopped making such cases. If you are looking for a case that provides all-sided protection for your iPad Pro 12.9″ (3rd Generation), I would recommend the [OtterBox Symmetry Series 360 for iPad Pro](https://www.apple.com/sg/shop/product/HMKL2ZM/A/otterbox-symmetry-series-360-case-for-129-inch-ipad-pro-3rd-generation). It was announced two days ago and is an Apple store exclusive. For 11″ iPad Pro, the case retails for S$119 and for 12.9″ iPad Pro, it retails for S$134.
