There are two variants of the Nomad Base Station. Hub Edition and Apple Watch Edition.
The difference between the Hub Edition and the Apple Watch Edition is the former includes a 7.5W USB-A port and an 18W USB-C PD port to charge an additional two devices, while the later, only consists of an Apple Watch charger.

After the death of AirPower , Nomad Base Station Apple Watch Edition seems to be the next best choice when it comes to charging multiple devices alongside your Apple Watch.
Out of the box, Nomad Base Station comes with a built-in US plug, but both EU and UK adapters are included in the packaging.
The whole chassis of the Nomad Base Station is made of aluminum with non-slip rubber feet at the bottom of it.
Underneath the black padded leather charging surface are three Qi certified coils. Each coil is capable of a maximum output of 7.5W.
Since I bought the Nomad Base Station Apple Watch Edition, it comes with an integrated MFi-certified Apple Watch magnetic charger.
If you are using the Nomad Base Station in the bedroom, you will be happy to know that there is an ambient light sensor behind it. It will automatically dim the charging LEDs when it is dark.
To indicate which coils are in use, there are three LED wireless charging indicators in front.
Technically, you can charge three Qi-powered devices at once. But space is a constraint on the charging pad. And hence realistically, you can charge only two devices.
Because of the Apple Watch charger, it blocks the iPhone from aligning its charging coil with the Nomad Base Station and hence it will not charge on the left side. Tried with iPhone X and iPhone XS Max, both did not work. So you can only charge your AirPods with Wireless Charging Case or any similar sized Qi devices there.
