This is the first year I have not bought the Apple Clear Case with MagSafe for my iPhone 16 Pro Max. The reason is simple: Apple Clear Case doesn’t protect the bottom of your iPhone. And usually, after using it for a few months, I will try to get another case for better protection.

Benks Lucent Pro Case is a clear no-frill case made of polycarbonate (PC) back with a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) frame. It weighs about 40g.

Benks Lucent Pro is MagSafe compatible, and the case itself comes with Neodymium N52H magnets, allowing it to work better with MagSafe accessories.

The bottom is well protected with cutouts for the speaker grills and USB-C port.

The power button is protected, but the camera control button is not because it is a capacitive touch button.
