The SanDisk Ultra Fit USB 3.0 Flash Drive got to be the smallest USB 3.0 flash drive that I have seen! It is about the size of a Singapore 20 cents coin and is capable of a read speed of up to 130MB/s.

Launched on the 19th August 2014, it is retailing for 16GB (S$13.90), 32GB (S$25.90) and 64GB (S$52.90).

I bought the Victorinox Swiss Army Slim 2.0 USB Flash Drive (32GB) when I visited the Woodbury Common Premium Outlets because I got nothing else to buy from there because I am not that into branded stuff.

It costs US$19.99 and after a 8.25% tax, it cost US$22 (S$28) which is pretty cheap, considering Amazon is selling for US$38.99.

Launched on the 19th April 2013, the SanDisk Cruzer Orbit USB Flash Drive, features a 360-degree swivel cover and weighs only 4g. The ring hole allows you to attach to your key chain easily!

The only downside is that it supports only USB 2.0 in order to keep the price low. I would totally get the 32GB one and attached it to my key chain/pouch.

PC Show 2009 Hoot

This is a very rare occasion that I did not go for a PC Show at the opening hours but instead went there at 7pm due to work. As compared to IT Show 2009, I do not really like the PC Show 2009. It seems that the walk space between booth is much narrower and Sony/Microsoft normally have a booth at level 3 so that the crowded will be spread out evenly. But for PC Show 2009, their booth are in level 4 or 6 and hence level 4 and 6 is extremely crowded.

The prices as compared to IT Show 2009 (3 months ago) are almost the same if not the same. Thumbdrive and memory cards are the same if not cheaper in Sim Lim Square anytime.
