For S$99.99, it is an excellent deal since, in the US, it is already selling for US$99.99, and you have not factored in shipping to Singapore yet.
Bought the Google Home Hub during Black Friday as Google is having US$50 off the retail price of US$149.
I did not get the Google Home Hub from Google US Store as the chances of my order going through is close to zero. Similar to the Google Home Mini that I got for Black Friday last year, I got it directly from B&H Photo Video. They have the same promotion as Google US Store.
Google Home and Google Home Mini are now officially available in Singapore through a partnership with StarHub. It is the same arrangement as they had for Google Wifi.

Google US Store is making life difficult for many people outside of the US that are trying to get the Google Home Mini for US$29 (S$40).
As the original retail price was US$49 (S$66), the 40% discount makes it hard not to buy it for fun.
Finally jumped onto the Google Home bandwagon.
Last year, I decided not to buy it despite it being priced at US$99 (S$136) because the ecosystem was not very mature yet. Fast forward six months later, it has improved quite a bit.
