There are more than ten Electric Vehicle (EV) charging companies in Singapore, and their prices range between S$0.40/kWh and S$0.80/kWh, with Direct Current (DC) charging being the most expensive.
DC charging is fast and usually will have an idling fee. So, when your car is charged, you need to move your vehicle.
When you are new to Tesla, you might have thought that the default Tesla app, which is available on both iOS and Android, is good enough for daily use.
However, the Tesla app does not implement many features already available in its API. Maybe those require extra storage space and have privacy concerns, as every trip and charging details will be logged.

Dashcam
Tesla Model 3 Highland comes with six cameras that record exterior footage. They are meant for self-driving use. While helpful, they might not capture car number plates as clearly as a dashcam.

Many of them I purchased from Taobao as it is cheaper. But if you do not understand Mandarin, you must pay “English Tax” and get it more expensive on Shopee for the same items.
After placing an order for the Tesla Model 3 Highland Rear-Wheel Drive (RWD) COE Category B on 18th December 2024, I finally got the car on 6th February 2025.
When I bought it in 2024, the default color in Singapore was white. However, my Tesla was only built in 2025 when, in Singapore, they changed the default color from White to Stealth Grey. So I have to pay an extra S$1,500 to keep the white. I asked whether I could return to Stealth Grey, but Tesla mentioned no, as the car is already being built.
