I’ve got the ‘database doesn’t exist error’, dug in and found your comment that the install file (wp-useronline-install.php) needs to be run.
I looked back in the folder I unzipped and don’t see it there (only 5 files: 3 readme text files and 2 php (useronline.php and wp-useronline.php) not any wp-useronline-install.php.
So I redownloaded from your main page and it’s the same 5 files.
Am I missing this install file or where can I score it?

hi, once u actvaite it it will install, that is the new version. u downloaded 2.02 right?
yeah, i uploaded and activated the plugin, and immediately got 3 ‘database doesn’t exist’ errors.
Let me back up then. My cpanel is running MySQL 4.1.14 standard, I uploaded wp-useronline.php to my top-level directory (in the same level as index.php and the four wp folders), and then useronline.php into the wp-content/plugins folder. I then saw the plugin in my admin panel and activated it.
The errors immediately appear above the admin panel until I deactivate it.
The readme.txt included with what I downloaded says 2.02 updated last 1st March 2006, right?

u are using 1.5.2, I am sorry, the plugin is only compatible with WP2.0 and above.
