GoGear is a brand that not many people heard of. A quick Google will lead you to Philips GoGear Wikipedia page which states that Philips GoGear is a series of small flash memory and hard-drive-based personal electronic devices from Philips. The line includes digital cameras, digital audio players, and audio recorders.

GoGear is sort of related to Philips because their parent company is Gibson Innovations. Its other portfolio of brands includes Philips, Philips Fidelio, Trainer, Onkyo, and Gibson.

So I am guessing that Gibson Innovations took the sub-brand GoGear from Philips and make it into its own brand.

In Singapore, GoGear products are being distributed by Hwee Seng Electronic.

GoGear is not really targeted at the audiophiles instead they brand themselves as a value for money brand because their prices for audio products range between S$9.90 to S$79.90.

Currently, they have ten audio products available in Singapore and the audio range includes in-ear earphones, Bluetooth earphones, Bluetooth headphones, and Bluetooth speakers.

All GoGear products come with a one-year local warranty, and are now available at Mustafa and selected 7-eleven stores in Singapore.

I tried their products and indeed they are value for money but if you are an audiophile or training to become one (like me), you probably will not like the quality of the audio it produces.
