The official Sennheiser store opened in Marina Square yesterday, 2nd August 2016.

This store is the first fully-owned Sennheiser brand store in Singapore. Previously, the store was operated by a Sennheiser distributor/agent.

It is located at #03-123 in Marina Square and the full address is: 6 Raffles Boulevard, #03-123, Marina Square, Singapore 039594. Operating hours are from 11am to 9pm.

The new Sennheiser Brand Store features a wide range of the audio specialist’s consumer and professional audio products. Besides a broad portfolio of headphone models, the retail space will offer a selection of microphones for musicians and video journalists, as well as BYOD audio conferencing solutions.

The store also provides Headphones for Hire Service. If you are considering a new headphone, you will be able to trial and take a Sennheiser headphone home on loan for a week before deciding if you want to purchase it. You only need to pay a security deposit to loan any unit out of Sennheiser’s selected range of headphones.

If you are an existing Sennheiser customer, you can also use the store as a drop-off and pick-up point for servicing your Sennheiser headphones and microphones. This is more convenient as compared to the existing Sennheiser Service Centre at Alexandra Technopark.

Sennheiser has a guaranteed service period of seven days from the item drop-off date for their consumer product range.
