Energea ComPac Wireless PD
Energea ComPac is one of Energea’s range of power banks. What I have with me here is the Energea ComPac Wireless PD that retails for S$69.
Two colors are available, Gunmetal and Black. It measures 95 x 61 x 23 mm and weighs 185 g.
Energea ComPac Wireless PD is a 10,000 mAh (37 Wh) power bank that supports USB-C Power Delivery (PD) charging, Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 (QC3) charging, and wireless charging.
Specifications
- Capacity: 10,000mAh 37Wh
- Input Micro-USB / USB-C: 5V/3A; 9V/2A; 12V/1.5A
- Output USB-A / USB-C: 5V/3A; 9V/2A; 12V/1.5A (PD / QC 3.0)
- Wireless Output: 5W / 7.5W / 10W
- Total Power Output: 18W
The wireless charging functionality of the power bank supports 5W, 7.5W, and 10W wireless charging. Note that, it is Qi-compatible and not Qi certified
The USB-C port is bi-directional. It allows the same port to be used for both charging the power bank itself and devices that support USB-C PD charging.
A USB-C PD charger is not included in the packaging. If you have one lying around, you can use it to charge the power bank. It takes up to four hours to charge from 0% to 100%.
Alternatively, the power bank also has a micro USB port for you to charge it.
The USB-A port supports QC3 charging for Qualcomm devices.
Together with the input and output ports, there is also a two-digit display to show the power bank capacity.
Two unique points of the Energea ComPac Wireless PD is SecurFit and kickstand.
SecurFit is an area on the power bank that contours to the shape of your Airpods (not Airpods Pro). This keeps your Airpods in place when being wireless charged. You can charge your Airpods with a case on as well.
The contoured area doesn’t affect any other devices from being able to wireless charge.
I find it very interesting that a power bank will come with a kickstand. You can use the kickstand to support your phone while charging.
The kickstand supports both portrait and landscape mode.
