Four and a half years after the introduction of FREE AmazonGlobal Saver Shipping, it seems this program is coming to an end.
Those items that qualified for FREE AmazonGlobal Saver Shipping that I bought during Black Friday 2017 are no longer qualified.
In case you are not aware, Amazon do provide free shipping to Singapore through its AmazonGlobal Saver program. Your order has to be above US$125 (S$156) and every item in your order has to qualify for AmazonGlobal Saver.
As long as one of your items doesn’t qualify for AmazonGlobal Saver, your whole order doesn’t qualify. Anything single item that is bigger than 18 x 11 x 8 inches (45cm x 28cm x 20cm) or 20 pounds (9kg) will not qualify for AmazonGlobal Saver. I also heard that if your single item costs more than US$50 it will not qualify for AmazonGlobal Saver as well.
Amazon now ships to Singapore for free if your orders are above US$125 through its new initiative called AmazonGlobal Saver Shipping.
About FREE AmazonGlobal Saver Shipping
With FREE AmazonGlobal Saver Shipping, you receive free shipping to India and Singapore if your order includes at least US$125 of qualifying merchandise, excluding the Import Fees Deposit, gift-wrap charges, duties, and taxes. Most products shipped using the AmazonGlobal Program that are sold by Amazon.com are eligible for AmazonGlobal Saver. Items 20 pounds (9kg) or more, certain oversize items, e-documents, software downloads, music downloads and gift cards don’t qualify.
