WYFY is a local IoT (Internet of Things) company that is focused on bringing quality, designed in Singapore IoT products with local certifications to the Singapore and Southeast Asian markets.
They have three products right now, WYFY Panel, WYFY Beam, and WYFY Mist.

Homey Desktop App
Homey Desktop app is a beautiful designed app. In my opinion, it has the best UI/UX for a smart home device.
Homey is a smart home hub that supports a wide range of wireless technology by Athom.
It started out as a Kickstarter project on 28th May 2014.
I am using the Ariston Andris Lux 15L storage water heater which I bought from Sim Siang Choon (IMM) for S$280.
Li Xiang and I are typical working adults. We leave the house at 9am, and return only after 9pm. Sometimes we will forget to switch off the storage water heater and there goes a few dollars to the electricity bill.
Bought the Aeon Labs Aeotec Home Energy Meter from Automate Asia for S$140.
The Home Energy Meter allows you to measure your whole house electrical usage by placing the clamp in your circuit breaker.
Together with the Aeon Labs Aeotec Z-Wave Smart Switch 6 (Gen5), I also bought the Aeon Labs Aeotec Z-Wave MultiSensor 6 from Automate Asia for S$110.
The MultiSensor 6 can be powered by both USB (Micro USB) or by 2x CR123A batteries. The batteries are not included in the packaging. Based on the specifications, the batteries are able to last you about 2 years.
Bought the Aeon Labs Aeotec Z-Wave Smart Switch 6 (Gen5) from Automate Asia for S$110. The product is pretty new and it is not listed on their website yet.
After getting my hands on the Fibaro Starter Kit which includes a wall plug, I got kinda addicted to monitor my energy usage of my always-on switches like the television switch, Internet switch and computer switch.
I think I came across Automate Asia in the local news. So when I needed to make my house “smarter”, I decided to engage their services.
