Canon PowerShot compact cameras and their product launches.
The Canon PowerShot N launched in April 2013 for S$399, available only in white. It uses a microSD card and packs a 12.1-megapixel CMOS sensor with a DIGIC 5 image processor, along with built-in Wi-Fi connectivity for easy sharing.
Canon's major product launches mostly fall in October. This year's event was held at Zaffereno on 5th October 2012, unveiling five PIXMA inkjet printers, five imageCLASS laser printers, a SELPHY compact photo printer, five PowerShot cameras, and one EOS DSLR.
The Canon PowerShot S100 is now available in Singapore at a recommended S$699, succeeding the PowerShot S95. Official free gifts include an 8GB SD card and a carrying case. It packs 12.1 megapixels, 5x optical zoom from an ultra-wide 24mm.
