Yesterday was my enlistment anniversary, exactly 1 year after I have enlisted. Just another 14 more months to ORD. 1 year ago this day I am having mixed feelings in Tekong.
My section came 2 juniors and a new regular specialist. Now I am officially batch 02. Will be promoting to corporal on 16th June 2005. $520 pay here I come.

wah, so expensive, my frens & me were at pc show too & one of us got a laptop too, from dell.
I think dell have a 1.6Ghz centrino, 512MB ram laptop similarly configured, but the price is like $2000++ only, somemore got bluetooth & wifi integrated & DVD writer. I think you paid a little too much? $3000++? It only dun have all the niffy security lock thingies…

no leh, i dun really like dell laptop, mine got everything, beside integrated bluetooth. and it is light and compact.
Looks ok exept voor the 1,6ghz and the 3,6houre battery is just not long enough… lol no firewire …. and only 13,3inch that’s a pitty a bit for that kind of price… i got my self a apple powerbook g4 15″. stylish, fast, great to work with and the widescreen just only makes it better i got this for 1200€ with connections in the shop offcourse… next year they are stepping over to intel. hope the prizes go down a little and hope the powerbook g5 comes along. Ive got 4 apple computers here and i love em. Imac g5 imac g3, another imac g3 and a powerbook g4

yeah…my laptop repair done…2xx….luckily not too exp, highly recommended to get extended warranty!!! for those who never~~ at least 3 years!!!
