EverDock was a Kickstarter project which got funded successfully on the 17th October 2013 after raising US$452,457 despite their initial goal was only US$50,000.

What is EverDock?

I backed the project on the 15th October 2013 for the US$128 level:

Get the EverDock Duo Two-Pack bead blasted and anodized in your choice of Silver, Space Grey, or Gold. Includes 2 EverDock Duos with silicone protector, 4 micro-USB cables, and 6 cable adapters. Huge $50 savings from retail price of $178.

Shipping is by Fedex and it cost only US$20! It got shipped on the 20th December 2013 and I got it on the 23rd December 2013! Including shipping, I paid US$148 (S$188.33) for 2 sets of EverDock Duo (1 for my brother).

There are two versions of EverDock as stated above, the EverDock Single and EverDock Duo. I bought the EverDock Duo because I have two phones and I have not seen a dock that allows you to dock two phones yet.

In the office, I am using the Elevation Dock to dock just my iPhone 5s while leaving my HTC One on the table. With the EverDock Duo, I can dock both my iPhone 5s and HTC One!

Because I am using case on both my iPhone 5s and HTC One, the included silicone protectors would not fit, so I have to use without it. Without the silicone protectors, there is no base and your phone is basically resting on the cable head and hence it is a little wobbly! I hope the new thinner silicone protectors will solve the problem.
