Innergie 60C USB-C Laptop Adapter
After a successful Kickstarter campaign where the Innergie 60C USB-C raised a total of US$312,227 from 2,566 backers, it is now ready for sale on Amazon.
I received my Innergie 60C USB-C seven months ago as I have backed the Kickstarter project, but Innergie is kind enough to send me another one which is the retail packaging being sold on Amazon.
On Amazon, there are two variants of the Innergie 60C USB-C. International and US.
The International Version retails for US$119 (S$164) while the US Version retails for US$109 (S$151). Shipping to Singapore is an additional US$6.13 (S$9) and US$5.68 (S$8) respectively.
The only difference between the International Version and the US Version is the plug.
The US Version comes with a non-removable US 2-pin plug (Type A) while the International Version comes with three removable plugs: US 2-Pin (Type A), Europe 2-Pin (Type C), and UK 3-Pin (Type G).
Apart from the Innergie 60C, the Amazon retail packaging also includes the Innergie MagiCable 150. It is a cable that features a USB-C to all types of laptop tips available.
There are six laptop tips included. Those tips will work with laptops from Acer, Asus, Dell, HP, and Lenovo. If those six tips don’t work with your laptop, you can request for free tips via the Innergie’s Free TIP Program.
Before the Innergie 60C came along, I have been bringing the Apple 61W USB‑C Power Adapter along in my bag for work and traveling. It is bulky and heavy.
You will immediately notice the space savings in your bag when you swap it with the Innergie 60C.
