But you can get it at S$37 at Apple Authorised Resellers on Lazada, Shopee, and Amazon.sg. That is what I tried to do, except that it is out of stock on all the above mention platforms.
My eagle eye noticed that it is in stock for Amazon.sg Fresh but not on Amazon.sg itself. So it seems Amazon.sg keeps track of the inventory separately.
I went ahead and bought it together with some Kleenex Ultra Soft Bath Tissue so that I can get the free delivery as it is above S$60.

This cable will fast charge your Apple Watch Series 7, Series 8, and Ultra.
Using this fast charge cable, my Apple Watch Series 7 can charge from 0% to 100% in about 60 minutes. On the other hand, after 60 minutes, the non-fast charge cable will only charge about 40%.
The casing of the charger is made up of aluminum.
I will put this cable inside my travel gadget pouch, so I can fast charge my Apple Watch Series 7 whenever I am traveling.
