After solving the problem of charging my gadgets, there is only one problem: charging my Apple Watch. Since there is no Apple Watch charger at Big-C, I can only get it the next day.

I wanted to get the Apple Watch Magnetic Fast Charger to USB-C Cable (1 m) from Apple Store in Central World which is directly opposite my hotel, Moxy Bangkok Ratchaprasong. But it is way more expensive in Thailand than in Singapore. The official retail price of that cable is TH฿1,290 (S$52), and in Singapore, it is only S$39. So, I aborted the idea.

I didn’t expect I would forget to bring my Travel Gadget Pouch to Bangkok, which contains my chargers and cables to charge all my gadgets.

The hotel I stayed in, Moxy Bangkok Ratchaprasong, only has USB-A sockets on the wall socket.

During 11/11 singles sales day, I bought the Sharge Icemag 2 Power Bank from Shopee for S$74.90. The usual retail price is S$89.90. You can also get it from Lazada.

I bought this Sharge Icemag 2 to replace my Apple MagSafe Battery Pack, which shows signs of aging given the battery capacity is not a lot to begin with. It can no longer give me an additional 40% charge. The percentage is about 20% now, so there is no point in bringing it out anymore.

The battery of my APC BACK-UPS BK650-AS USB 650VA only lasted me about three years. A new APC Replacement Battery, RBC #17, costs S$113, 56% of the cost of a new APC BACK-UPS BK650-AS (~S$200). It doesn’t make financial sense to replace the battery.
