The Singapore Grand Prix (the Formula 1 Night Race) is happening this weekend, and just in time for it, Belkin has launched an exclusive Mickey & Friends co-branded collection in collaboration with Disney and Formula 1. Belkin is the only consumer electronics accessories brand in this Disney x Formula 1 licensing collaboration. Belkin sent me a media drop of three products from the collection, priced from S$79 to S$149.
- Belkin BoostCharge 5K 7.5W Magnetic Wireless Power Bank – S$109
- Belkin BoostCharge 10K Battery Pack with Integrated Cable, Light & Sensor – S$149
- Belkin SoundForm Anywhere Ultra Compact True Wireless Earbuds – S$79
This is not the first time Belkin has partnered with Disney. Back in February 2024, I featured the Belkin Marvel-themed Accessories, which were part of Belkin’s 41st anniversary collaboration with Disney. This time round, it is Mickey & Friends together with Formula 1.

The media drop came in a black box with a “Gear Up For Race Weekend!” note from the Belkin team.

Belkin even threw in a pack of the Formula 1 KitKat with their products.

Belkin BoostCharge 5K 7.5W Magnetic Wireless Power Bank
Belkin BoostCharge 5K 7.5W Magnetic Wireless Power Bank retails for S$109 on Shopee and Lazada.
The box calls it the BoostCharge Slim Magnetic Power Bank 5K, because it is the Disney x Formula 1 version of the Belkin BoostCharge Slim Magnetic Power Bank 5K which I featured in March. The specifications are the same: 7.5W wireless, 15W wired, and a 60cm USB-C-to-USB-C cable in the box. That one retails for S$65, so you are paying a S$44 premium for the Disney x Formula 1 design.

The front has a Mickey silhouette, the F1 logo, and a red dotted pattern over grey racing stripes.

The back is red with a Mickey emblem with a checkered flag in the middle, surrounded by stars and a laurel wreath, and the Formula 1 wordmark below it. It has a soft silicone finish, which helps prevent scratches on your iPhone.

It is a 5,000mAh magnetic power bank that snaps onto the back of your iPhone. Wireless charging maxes out at 7.5W, and the single USB-C port can output up to 15W, so you can charge two devices at the same time, one on the wireless pad and one via USB-C.

It supports passthrough charging as well, so it can still charge your iPhone wirelessly at up to 7.5W while the power bank itself is being recharged.

Like the Slim, it is Qi-only, so you do not get the 15W or 25W Qi2 or Qi2.2.

Belkin BoostCharge 10K Battery Pack with Integrated Cable, Light & Sensor
Belkin BoostCharge 10K Battery Pack with Integrated Cable, Light & Sensor retails for S$149 on Shopee and Lazada. On the box and label, it is listed as the BoostCharge Pro Power Bank 10K with Motion Sensing Light.

When I first saw the round disc on top of the power bank, I thought it was an Apple Watch charger. This is the Disney x Formula 1 version of the Belkin BoostCharge Pro Power Bank 10K With Apple Watch Charger, which I featured in March. However, instead of the Apple Watch charging puck, it is replaced with a foldable LED night light with a motion sensor.
It has the same digital battery display, integrated USB-C cable plus a USB-C port, and up to 45W output. The Mickey x F1 logo is printed on the light.

The light has four modes: battery status, steady illumination, SOS signaling, and motion-sensing light. There are touch controls to adjust the brightness, and it dims automatically. I can see it being useful when camping, during a power outage, or as a night light in an unfamiliar hotel room.

It has the same rounded rubbery body.

The built-in braided USB-C cable is bright yellow, and it retracts into the side of the power bank. When it is stowed, the cable forms a loop at the top, which doubles as a carrying loop. The USB-C plug is marked “in/out”, so you can use it to charge your devices or to recharge the power bank.

There is a second USB-C port at the bottom, also marked “in/out”, so you can charge two devices simultaneously.

Like the Apple Watch version, it has a 10,000mAh capacity and can output up to 45W via USB-C Power Delivery (PD).

Belkin SoundForm Anywhere Ultra Compact True Wireless Earbuds
Belkin SoundForm Anywhere Ultra Compact True Wireless Earbuds retails for S$79 on Shopee and Lazada. It is the cheapest item in the collection.

The charging case is ultra-compact and comes with a key ring so that you can hook it onto your belt loop, backpack, or bag.

The USB-C charging port for the case is on the right.

The inside of the case is red with “Fuel The Magic” and an F1 car printed on it. One earbud has the F1 logo, and the other has Mickey.

I like that Belkin printed a cheat sheet of the touch controls on the inside of the lid, so you do not have to dig out the manual to remember which tap does what.

The earbuds have a semi-in-ear fit, so there are no ear tips to build up pressure in your ear. If they feel loose, there is a silicone Size-Up Sleeve that slips over the earbud for a larger fit.

- 26 hours of total playtime (6 hours on the earbuds, 20 hours from the case)
- Fast charging via USB-C: 10 minutes of charging gives you 90 minutes of playtime
- Multipoint connection to 2 devices at the same time via Bluetooth
- Dual-microphone Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) for calls
- IPX4 sweat and water resistance
- 3 touch EQ presets: Bass Boost, Balanced, and Belkin Signature Sound
Do note that ENC only cleans up your voice on calls. There is no Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) for your music, and with a semi-in-ear fit, you will hear more of your surroundings. Having said that, at S$79, it is not trying to be an AirPods Pro.

My Thoughts
Stating the obvious, you are paying a premium for the Disney x Formula 1 design, especially for the 5K power bank, which costs S$44 more than the Slim Magnetic Power Bank 5K, which offers the same charging speeds.
Of the three, my favorite would be the 10K power bank. The integrated cable that doubles as a loop, the 45W output, and the night light make it more useful than a regular power bank, and the Mickey x F1 design is a bonus. Interestingly, it is S$30 cheaper than the S$179 Apple Watch version, so if you do not need to charge an Apple Watch on the go, this is the better buy.
However, if you are both a Disney and an F1 fan, do get all three, as this is a limited-edition collection.
