Lester Chan’s WordPress Plugins June 2009 Update
Here's my June 2009 update for all 16 of my WordPress plugins. They should work on WordPress 2.8, though I haven't tested older versions. The plugins now use jQuery for AJAX instead of TW-Sack.
My open-source WordPress plugins, used on sites worldwide.

Here's my December 2008 update covering all 15 of my WordPress plugins plus one new one. They should work on WordPress 2.7, though I haven't tested older versions. The new plugin, WP-CommentNavi, paginates your comments for easier browsing.
Here's my July 2008 update covering all 15 of my WordPress plugins. They should work on both WordPress 2.5 and 2.6, but aren't tested below that. Most changes are bug fixes, and should keep working a while.
I spoke on Developing Plugins for WordPress at the Singapore PHP User Group's June 2008 meetup on Wednesday, 18th June. It was my second time speaking there, after the December 2007 meetup covering the same topic.
Here's the second wave of my June 2008 plugin update, covering the remaining four plugins. They work only on WordPress 2.5 and aren't tested below that. The most notable change is that the plugin path is now fixed.
Here's the first wave of my June 2008 plugin update, covering 11 plugins; the remaining four, WP-Ban, WP-DBManager, WP-DownloadManager and WP-PostViews, follow in wave two. They work only on WordPress 2.5 and aren't tested below that.
WordPress 2.5 has been released, and many people are hitting upgrade, plugin, theme and permission issues. If you're having trouble with any of my plugins on WordPress 2.5, check out the three links below for compatibility help.
If you enjoy my WordPress plugins, perhaps consider becoming a fan of my Lester Chan's WordPress Plugins page on Facebook. It's a handy place for updates and discussion, and your support would mean a lot to me. Thanks!
I spoke on WordPress Plugin Development with PHP at the Singapore PHP User Group's December 2007 meetup on Wednesday, 12th December. It was my first time speaking publicly, so I was quite nervous and spoke very fast.
As promised, I've released updates to 12 of my plugins and added two new ones, all compatible with WordPress 2.3, though not always with 2.1 or 2.2. The two newcomers are WP-DownloadManager and WP-PluginsUsed.
It's 1st June 2007 here, so I'm proud to present updates to 12 of my 14 plugins. Most are bug fixes with some minor new features, WP-PostViews changing the most.
Alongside today's release of WordPress 2.1, I've updated the following plugins for it. Most work only on WordPress 2.1 and will break on 2.0.x; if you still need a 2.0.x version for any reason, the download link is included below.
I've released updates to four of my WordPress plugins: WP-Polls 2.13, WP-PostRatings 1.05, WP-Stats 2.06 and WP-UserOnline 2.06. All four are now internationalised, so you can easily localise them by translating the included .po file into your own language.
I've updated eight of my WordPress plugins; check out my dedicated WordPress site for the full details and download links. As always, do let me know if you run into any bugs.
Today is April Fool's Day, and I've released updates to seven of my plugins, but rest assured this is no joke! Check the changelog. Among them, WP-DBManager 2.03 for WordPress 2.0 manages your database, allowing backups, optimisation and more.
It's the first day of March 2006, so as usual I've released updates to seven plugins and created three new ones. Frustrated with my messy install instructions? This update helps: WP-DBManager, WP-Polls and WP-Email now just need uploading whole.
It's the eve of Chinese New Year, and I've released updates to six of my plugins, some just bug fixes; check the changelog for details. Among them, WP-DBManager 2.01 for WordPress 2.0 lets you optimise and back up your database.
There is a SQL injection vulnerability in wp-stats.php, which I've fixed by adding $wpdb->escape($string). Please download the latest version, WP-Stats 2.01, right now to stay protected. Apologies for the oversight; do update as soon as you can.
WordPress 2.0 has finally been announced on the official site, with details about the changes. In the meantime, I've updated all eight of my plugins to be compatible with WordPress 2.0, including WP-Stats 2.00, which displays your blog statistics.
I've updated all my WordPress plugins to be compatible with WordPress 1.5. This site, however, still runs WordPress 1.2, which I'll upgrade once I've modified the templates; writing code is far more interesting than tweaking code.
