The Verbatim 4-Port PD 100W Charger is a GaN unit with two USB-C and two USB-A ports, supporting PD 3.0 and QC 3.0. It retails for S$109; mine ships with an EU plug, though I'd prefer UK.
Verbatim, a name I last associated with floppy disks, has moved into mobile accessories. Its Sync & Charge USB-C Cable retails for S$24.90, with a tough nylon-braided exterior, second only to my Nomad cable.
I grabbed the Xiaomi Mi Multifunctional Digital Clock on Lazada for S$16.99. It has a 3.7-inch e-ink display and pairs with the Mi Home app, but only if your region is set to China.
The Ugreen EU 4-Port PD 100W Desktop Charger is the brand's first 100W unit, retailing for S$74.99 though often cheaper in flash sales. With unusually premium packaging, it's a desktop charger powered by a separate 2m cable.
I bought an Atlas Headrest for my Herman Miller Classic Aeron during Lazada's 7/7 sale, paying S$232.18 against an S$280 retail. Installation took five minutes, and the headrest looks indistinguishable from a genuine Herman Miller part.
Synology DiskStation Manager 7 (DSM 7) launched on 29th June 2021, with upgrading still a manual process via the Download Center. I walk through updating both my DS920+ and DS1621+ from DSM 6.2.4.
Having upgraded to a Sonos 5.1 system, Beam, Sub (Gen 3), and two PLAY:1, I wanted to confirm it was working correctly. With resources scattered, I pieced together a guide using Netflix Test Patterns.
I bought the Sonos One SL on Amazon Prime Day for S$259, down from its S$299 retail. As the mic-less true successor to the PLAY:1, its packaging feels a touch cheap.
I bought the Logitech C920 Pro HD Webcam during Lazada's Online Tech Show for S$108.05, well below its S$149 retail. Its step-up model is the Logitech C922 Pro Stream, which adds 1080p streaming.
The Lululook Magnetic iPad Stand mounts via the iPad's internal magnets, so it isn't compatible with every model. It fits all iPad Pro 11-inch and the 12.9-inch from 3rd gen onward, retailing at US$54.99 with free shipping.
After getting my Sonos Beam, the natural next step was the Sonos Sub, now in its third generation since a May 2020 refresh. I bought it during the 6/6 sale, stacking vouchers down to about S$1,039.
The WD My Passport SSD is a portable drive from the My Passport series, released August 2020 in capacities from 500GB to 4TB. The smaller sizes come in five colours, and it's tiny at just 46g.

Apple refreshed its set-top box at the 21st April 2021 event, keeping the Apple TV 4K name as the 2nd Generation. Given Apple TV's long product cycles, it's worth buying at launch.
I bought the Sonos Beam during Shopee's 5/5 sale for just S$509, well below its S$699 retail. It replaces my Samsung 2.1 soundbar, which came free with a Samsung TV I've found disappointing.
The Arlo Essential Indoor Camera is the indoor counterpart to the Essential Spotlight I reviewed, retailing for S$199. The key differences: it's wired rather than wireless, drops the spotlight, and has black-and-white-only night vision.
The Apple AirTag Loop comes in two variants. The Polyurethane Loop offers four colours, including Electric Orange, for S$45 (S$40.66 on EPP), while the Leather Loop comes in Saddle Brown or Product Red for S$59.
If Apple's AirTag Leather Key Ring feels too pricey, OEM versions are cheap. I bought two from Shopee at S$3.32 each. The silicone holder comes in six colours, though the non-stainless metal ring will eventually rust.
The Apple AirTag Leather Key Ring retails for S$55, or S$49.22 on the EPP, in Baltic Blue, Saddle Brown, and Product Red. With a stainless steel ring and soft French leather holder, it feels premium, if pricey.
Apple finally launched its own lost-item tracker, the AirTag. I got mine on 4th May 2021, because I opted for engraving. Pricing is competitive: S$45 for a 1-pack and S$149 for a 4-pack.
