Plugable USB-C to DisplayPort Cable
It is tough to find a USB-C to DisplayPort Cable or USB-C to DisplayPort Adapter. I have not found any physical stores in Singapore selling it yet. Instead, you have to get it from online stores like Lazada or Amazon.
For USB-C to DisplayPort cable, I bought mine from Amazon as there are more choices to choose from.
There are a few brands that sells USB-C to DisplayPort cable on Amazon:
- Plugable (which is an Amazon’s Choice) – US$21.95
- Choe – US$19.99
- Cable Matters – US$19.99
- StarTech – US$28.09
I went with Plugable because it is Amazon’s Choice and the reviews and ratings are good.
It is selling for US$21.95 (S$31) but unfortunately, it doesn’t ship to Singapore directly and hence I have to ship it through my favorite freight forwarder which is HopShopgo.
The cable is 1.8m (6ft) in length and can support up to 4K resolution (3840×2160) at 60Hz.
It is compatible with VESA’s DisplayPort Alternate Mode on USB Type-C Connector.
