With regards to LTE networks in Singapore, for the iPhone XR model, we are getting the A2105.

The iPhone XR replaces the iPhone SE as the new “budget” phone from Apple. The iPhone XR will be available in six colors, White, Black, Blue, Yellow, Coral, and Red. For each color, it is available in, 64GB, 128GB, or 256GB.
