For the Targus Cypress EcoSmart 15.6″ Slim Backpack, two colors are available, Black and Navy. 20 Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) bottles are recycled to make this bag.
There are three external pockets on the bag, one on each side and one in front.
The left and right expandable side pockets can be used to put your water bottle while the front zipper pocket can be used to store your keys or office pass for quick access.
The bag has a main compartment and a padded laptop compartment. The laptop compartment of the backpack can fit up to 16″ laptops.
It fits my 15.6″ MacBook Pro with plenty of room to spare. I think it might even fit a 17″ laptop.
The main compartment comes with several smaller pockets.
I thought I could use the inner mesh pocket to slot in my iPad Pro 12.9″, but it is not deep enough. This is because that pocket doesn’t go all the way down to the bottom of the bag.
I like that the back of the bag is quite heavily padded. The shoulder straps are padded, but I think the padding can be thicker.
Luggage pass-through trolley strap is at the back, and it is not removable. There is a velcro in the middle to tighten the strap against the bag.
The backpack weighs about 740 g and can stand upright on its own (I love bags that does that) because of the structured design.
