Benks ArmorPro Aurora Case For iPhone 16 Pro Max
Besides Benks ArmorPro 600D, there are two more variants of the Benks ArmorPro case. Benks ArmorPro Aurora and Benks ArmorPro Montage.
I only have the Benks ArmorPro Aurora because Benks sent me this extra case as a surprise.
Both cases are still made of 600D Kevlar fiber. Northern lights inspire Benks ArmorPro Aurora design. Hence, the design weaves shades of blue and green and hints of orange.
For Benks ArmorPro Montage, instead of colors, it blends in 1500D Kevlar fiber. Hence, it is still in black but with different patterns.
Benks ArmorPro Aurora retails for US$52.99 on Benks, while Benks ArmorPro Montage retails for US$42.99. After a 15% storewide discount coupon code with lesterchan15, the price becomes US$45.04 and US$36.54, respectively.
On Lazada, Benks ArmorPro Aurora retails for S$67.52 while Benks ArmorPro Montage retails for S$57.17.
On Shopee, Benks ArmorPro Aurora retails for S$71.56 while Benks ArmorPro Montage retails for S$61.03.
The build quality of the Benks ArmorPro Aurora is better than that of the Benks ArmorPro 600D. Hence, it is the most expensive ArmorPro case.
Firstly, the button covers are proper covers with no gap.
Second, the speaker grill hole matches the iPhone instead of just a generic cutout.
Thirdly, the back of the Benks ArmorPro Aurora is textured, making it less slippery to hold on to.
Lastly, the Kevlar fiber goes all the way to the case’s frame, reinforcing the frame and reducing the weight to 39g from 43g of the Benks ArmorPro 600D.
If I had to pick one ArmorPro case, I would pick the Benks ArmorPro Aurora for the build quality. However, I would prefer the design of the Benks ArmorPro 600D as it is simpler. Too bad I can’t have the best of both worlds.
