Bought the Apple Lightning to 30-pin Adapter from Apple Online Store (Singapore) for S$42. Bought it on Monday, 8th October 2012 and got it within the same week on Friday, 12th October 2012.
I don’t think it is out in retail stores yet, probably in a week or two, but I expect it to be out of stock the moment it is available in stores, like what happen to the Apple Lightning to USB Cable.
I have no idea why this adapter cost S$42 while the cable cost only S$28.

“I have no idea why this adapter cost SGD$42 while the cable cost only SGD$28.”
The reason why this adapter cost so much is because it isn’t just a typical converting type adapter which re-routes one pin to another. It actually contains circuitry including DAC (Digital to Analog Converter) and a protocol chip in order to interface the old analog 30 pin connector to the new digital lighting interface
