If you are doing renovations in Singapore, most electricians will default to MK Electric by Honeywell for switches and sockets. They are value for money, but they could look better.
So if you want to change them, it has to be from your pocket, and they will not give you a discount for using your switches and sockets.
I wanted to get Legrand Galion because it just looks way nicer. Of course, they are slightly more expensive.
When I told my Interior Designer (ID) my decision, she recommended me Choo Chiang. They sell the cheapest electrical stuff in Singapore and have ten outlets all over Singapore. Surprisingly, it is a listed company on Singapore Exchange (SGX) with the symbol 42E.SI and have a market cap of more than 70 million Singapore Dollars.
I bought my Legrand Galion switches and sockets in white from Choo Chiang’s at Toh Guan, and here are their prices. Note the huge price difference between Choo Chiang and Lazada and best of all, they do accept payments by credit card.
