I have various HDMI cables from multiple gadgets, and I don’t even know what HDMI version they support. So I decided to standardize and future-proof all my HDMI cables at home to make them more uniform.
I opted for HDMI 2.1 because it supports all the latest standards, 8K@60 resolution, 48 Gbps bandwidth, HDR 10+, Dolby Vision, Enhanced Audio Return Channel (eARC), etc.
My brother got me the CalDigit TS4 for my 38th birthday back in March 2022, but B&H Photo Video has it back-ordered till May 2022. I finally received it two days ago, on 27th May 2022.
I am a huge fan of Zendure Passport travel adapters, and they are a must bring for me for my overseas trips. I have the original Passport, Passport Pro, and Passport Go.
I only didn’t get the Passport II Pro as it was launched during the COVID-19 period and I am unsure when I will travel again.

After my company changed my MacBook Pro to the new 16″ M1 Pro MacBook Pro, I can no longer use my Razer Core X Chroma since Apple M1 chips don’t support eGPU. Besides using my Razer Core X Chroma as my eGPU, I also use it as a 4-port USB-A Hub.
So I needed a 4-port USB-C to USB-A Hub. My usual first place to search is Ugreen shop on Lazada. I use their cables, chargers, and USB-C hubs, and their peripherals haven’t disappointed me yet.
My guess is the one without an Ethernet port should be cheaper, but sadly I can’t find it on Amazon.sg. I only found the one with an Ethernet port on Amazon.sg retailing for S$139. After a 5% discount voucher, I got it for S$132.05.
