Sad but true: France are out of World Cup 2002. From Group A, Denmark and Senegal advance to the second round; from Group E, Germany and the Republic of Ireland go through. Denmark beat France 2-0.

World Cup 2002 Day 11
Skipped today's matches to watch ET at Cineleisure Orchard, bought two Fourskin t-shirts at Heeren, home by 8:45pm. Portugal are back in form, thrashing Poland 4-0 with Pauleta's hat-trick. Tomorrow brings four matches, none at 5pm.
World Cup 2002 Day 10
Prayed in the morning, Swensen's at Liang Court for lunch, bought Levi's, and home to sleep most of the day. Warcraft III news: yesterday's papers carried an ad for the launch at Funan on 1st July.
World Cup 2002 Day 9
Brazil led 3-0 at half-time, but the second half dragged with only Ronaldo's goal; clean game, 20 fouls and three free kicks. I'd hoped for a trademark Roberto Carlos free kick. China did a good job.
World Cup 2002 Day 8
Missed the first two matches: dim sum at the World Trade Centre, then browsing Jurong Point. Rushed back for the last, best match yet, a clash of titans, though wasteful: David Beckham scored the only goal.
World Cup 2002 Day 7
The first match was exciting; Senegal's defence held strong while Denmark's faltered. Skipped the second, not fussed. France versus Uruguay was thrilling too, plenty of chances, but both sides unlucky as the ball wouldn't go in.
World Cup 2002 Day 6
Out shopping, so missed the matches, a disappointing set too. Portugal lost 3-2 to USA, Germany drew 1-1 with Ireland; both strong sides should've won, but the ball is round. Another France-Senegal upset in the making.
World Cup 2002 Day 5
Watched the day's first match, quite boring, so I only caught the first half. China showed some improvement, just short on experience. Eager for the Brazil-China clash this Saturday, 8th June, at 7:30pm. The second half.
World Cup 2002 Day 4
Missed first two matches. Went to school to teach a friend maths and databases, then basketball from 3 to 6pm. Rushed home for the last; Ecuador's passing was superb. Croatia 0 Mexico 1, Brazil won 2-1.
World Cup 2002 Day 3
Stayed home all day with a few friends over, watching all four World Cup matches. Disappointed by England-Sweden. Results: Argentina 1 Nigeria 0, Paraguay 2 South Africa 2, England 1 Sweden 1, and Spain won 3-1.
World Cup 2002 Day 2
Out most of the day, so missed every match, gutted, especially Germany thrashing Saudi Arabia 8-0. Day 2 in summary: Ireland 1 Cameroon 1, Uruguay 1 Denmark 2, and Germany 8 Saudi Arabia 0. More tomorrow.

Today, 1st June 2002, marks the official launch of the new GamerZ Personal Homepage, with an Image Module, Shout Module, Poll Module, and a blog system letting you comment on my posts. All powered by PHP.
Back From Chalet
Sorry for the lack of updates, a busy week. Back from a 3-day chalet at Pasir Ris Downtown East with my polytechnic classmates; great fun and I enjoyed it thoroughly. A birthday chalet for four classmates.
Waiting …
Just waiting for time to pass so I can properly improve this site; I can't touch anything yet, unsure whether my lecturers have graded it. Results come out around 23rd May, so please bear with me.

Welcome to the GamerZ Personal Homepage; this is where it all begins. The very first post, really just a test of the new blog system. From here on, this becomes my little corner of the internet.
Site Done
Site done, all the pages are complete. From now until 19th April, I'll be checking for bugs, typos and grammar across the whole lot; no new sections or pages, just minor tweaks over the coming week.
Deadline
Today's the deadline to hand this website up. Once it's marked, I'll convert it from .htm to .php for easier updates, then add a link database, news scripts, polls and more. The power of PHP awaits.
Bug Fixes
Bugs fixed, with extras added, including an Audio Module that plays a song as you surf. The main URL is being re-routed and will be back normal this Friday, 19th April. A backup site is up.
Site Almost Done
The site's about 80% done, most pages complete bar Downloads, Links, Portfolio and Family. The feedback form now validates required fields, programmed in PHP; email me if you want the source. Eleven days to the deadline.
Layout Almost Complete
The layout's about 95% finalised. I've made this new page the default now after the splash screen. Not much else yet; I'll keep adding to the About Me section. Three weeks to go before the deadline.
Site Updates March 2002
Added JavaScript to the index page to detect the browser version, since the opacity-image script isn't supported in IE5. Added Your Info and Affiliates to the left menu, plus all page URLs to the Quick Menu.
GamerZ.Per.Sg
Created this page on my birthday, spending the whole day thinking through, building and deciding on the colours and layout. I've another site, 2GamerZ.NeT, almost identical bar the colours and some alignments; one major difference aside.
