Lian came my house in the afternoon to put her barang barang. Proceed to Hereen’s HMV to check whether her latest Kinki Kids CD single is out. To her disappointed it is not out yet. It was release the day before in Japan, so I think will take at least 3 or 4 days before HMV import it.
Walked round Plaza Singapura after that as we got 2 hours. Had a light snack at Mos Burger in Plaza Singapura. The ice milk tea there is nice but the portion of fries that is abit little even though I ordered a large fries. I can remember some item’s prices at Mos Burger. LOL. So I know how much to get ready.
Went to Bugis for lunch today with my mom and brother. Mom returned back the load car to the car workshop and drove my uncle’s car as he went to Vietnam. Ate Mos Burger. The seafood burger there is so dry, lack of gravy. But the corn soup there is not as diluted as Ngee Ang City. Different branch really makes different things. I still like Marina Square branch. Less people and the food is better than some other branches.
Wanted to buy my Billabong pouch from Wallet Shop, but it is still make of cotton material, thus end up not buying it. Went to Cold Storage to buy my cheese sausages and the Japanese beans, but sad to say it is out of stock and they did not sell the Japanese beans.
My cousin came my house in the morning to download some stuffs because he is still using 56k. My mom suppose to come fetch me to Accord Distribution Center in Jurong at 12.30pm. But till 1.30pm she have not arrived yet and my brother came home and told me that mom was suppose to go and fetch him but she met an accident. I was shocked and my first reaction was, was she ok. But luckily she was not hurt but the car’s back quite badly damage but still able to drive it to the workshop. I was quite relieved after hearing that.
The accident took place around Alexander road, near AIA building at around 8.40am. It was raining very heavily. My mom stop the car because the traffic lights is red. In front of her was a Eurasian driver driving a BMW. Then suddenly, the taxi just bang onto the back of my mom’s car. Heard that it was driving at a very fast speed even though the road was slippery due to raining. Lucky my mom always step on the brake peddle when the car stops, so the impact is not that great for the BMW which is in front. Just minor scratches.
Lian came my house this morning. Burned for her Finding Nemo and VS.NET 2002. Went to Liang Court later because she want to buy the DARS Chocolate. I think she is addicted to it. LOL
Went to Orchard later for lunch at Cineleisure foodcourt. Lian ate the laksa there and it tastes weird. Walked round Hereen, Ngee Any City and Wisma Atria after that. Wanted to look for Billabong phone pouch, but it cost $10.90. Don’t know whether to buy it or not. Still considering.
Went to BBDC to book my fixed instructor. Chose one of the bronze group because it is recommended by my uncle’s friend who is working in BBDC. When taking the practical exams, the examiner will be from Traffic Police. My uncle also working part time in Traffic Police for 10 over years liao. Haha, hope can play cheat, ask my uncle bribe that examiner. LOL
Boring Saturday, stayed at home the whole day learning how to generate html static file from php and how to use the self-made templating system.
Went to Zion Road Hawker Center for dinner. As usual ate the prawns noodle there. My mom wanted to tried out the prawn noodle soup. Went over to Great World City later to buy my dad’s shoe from hush puppies. My dad previous hush puppies shoes lasted him for 5 years. LOL
Had lunch today with my mom and brother at Great World City. Ate Kenny Rogers. Think about 3 months since I last ate that with Lian at Marina Square.
Came home played Warcraft III with Lian till evening and continued designing a layout for my CMS. So far so good. Really lack of ideas when it comes to design.
Lian came my house today to burn some CD. Later went to Novena Square foodcourt for lunch. One of the best looking foodcourt in Singapore. I just simply love the design of the foodcourt. had the Tom Tam Ban Mian. Taste good. The more I drink the soup, the tastier it is. LOL
Walked around Novena Square later on. Nothing much to see also. This is my 2nd time to Novena Square.
Went to Bukit Merah for lunch. The fried kuey tiao there is nice. I think been at least a year since I last been to there. Nothing changed. Still quite old or rather run-down.
Came home played a few rounds of Warcraft III with Lian before doing some cleaning up of my codes.
Had lunch today with my Mom at the newly open Hans at Pickering Street. To be more exact, it is located at 1st level of Pidemco Center. The design of this Hans looks very grand. It was like eating in a hotel coffee house, the music and ambient. I think this will be their main branch outlet as there is a bakery there too.
Played a round of Warcraft III with Lian in the afternoon before she went off. After that went back to coding. Now must again design a layout for my this news system. Read several web development forums regarding security and efficiency issues on PHP. Learnt alot about them after reading it, and when I look back, all my previous coding works was not that efficient and there are some security loop holes. Sigh.
