There are two colors to the Apple Watch 49mm Titanium Milanese Loop: Natural Titanium and Black Titanium. Each color is available in three different sizes.

- Medium: Fits 155 – 185mm wrists
- Large: Fits 180–210mm wrists
My wrist size is about 150mm, so I chose the small size.
I love the Milanese loop because it can fit your wrist precisely. Before using Apple Watch Ultra, I have both the 42mm stainless steel Apple Watch Milanese Loop and Apple Watch Space Black Milanese Loop.
Instead of using a magnetic flap to secure the strap, the titanium Milanese loop uses a clasp, increasing the overall aesthetic design and not making it look as feminine as the stainless steel Milanese loop.
The stainless steel Milanese loop mesh is finer than the titanium Milanese loop, while the titanium Milanese loop is much lighter than the stainless steel Milanese loop, 28g vs 40g.
