Apple Watch 42mm Milanese Loop
Bought the Apple Watch 42mm Milanese Loop strap for S$218 from Apple Online Store (Singapore) because the 42mm Milanese Loop is sold out at all authorised Apple Resellers.
Placed my order last Thursday, 2nd July 2015 and I received it this Tuesday, 7th July 2015, despite it saying it ships within 5-7 business days.
The 38mm Milanese Loop will fit wrist size of 130–180mm while the 42mm Milanese Loop will fit wrist size of 150–200mm.
Since the Milanese Loop is the third most expensive Apple Watch Strap, it comes with a proper plastic box for the strap as shown in the pictures below. The cheapest Apple Watch Strap, the Sport band doesn’t come with a plastic box.
The Milanese Loop is much lighter than the Link Bracelet and is more resistant to scratches or rather scratches are not really visible due to the woven stainless steel mesh.
As mentioned in my 42mm Black Sport Band post, I am using the Sport Band on a daily basis because it is more rugged. But now, it looks like I will change my daily strap to the Milanese Loop because it looks nicer and only use my Sport Band for sporting purposes, which I rarely have.
Now, I have three Apple Watch straps, the 42mm Link Bracelet, 42mm Milanese Loop and the 42mm Black Sport Band.
I am not really a fan of leather straps and hence that is the reason why I did not get the Classic Buckle (S$218), Leather Loop (S$218) or Modern Buckle (S$368) yet.
