2023 is the “back to normal” year when most countries ended their COVID-19 restrictions. It feels like we lost three years, all thanks to COVID-19. I hope we will never experience something like that ever again in our lifetime.
Coffee
I jumped onto the coffee-making bandwagon and got myself stuck in the rabbit hole. Here is my setup:
My usual console accessories buying rule is always an extra controller followed by a charging station. I did that for my PS4 Pro and Nintendo Switch OLED.
My Sony PS5 “Slim” Digital Edition comes only with one DualSense Wireless Controller, so it is only natural to get another one so that I can play a two players game.
Sony PS5 “Slim” will be officially launching in Singapore on the 20th December 2023. I put the word “Slim” in quotes because Sony is not calling this PS5 Slim. They are still calling it the PS5, which makes it hard to differentiate. PS5 “Slim” model number is CFI-2000.
Sony revised the PS5 model once last year, and people already named it PS5 “Light,” and the model number is CFI-1200. For lack of a better word, the original PS5 “Fat” is CFI-1000.
Aqara Camera E1 is the latest security camera from Aqara that was launched early this month. It retails for S$99, and you can get it from Souky’s Shopee Store.
Aqara Camera E1 is essentially a strip-down version of the Aqara Camera Hub G3 and hence it is about S$100 cheaper. Aqara Camera Hub G3 retails for S$197.90.
Aqara Motion Sensor P1 is a battery-powered motion sensor using two CR2450 batteries. It has a 5-years battery life on paper, but I am skeptical about it. If the battery could last me for more than a year, it is good enough for me.
However, I got mine from Singtel Online Shop where the retail price is S$45. But I have a S$15 voucher as I bought my iPhone 15 Pro Max from them. So, I ended up paying S$30.
