SanDisk MobileMate USB 3.0 microSD Card Reader
SanDisk MobileMate USB 3.0 microSD Card Reader is the smallest microSD Card Reader for USB-A ports that I have came across.
It measures 31 x 21 x 9 mm and weighs just 3.4g.
I bought mine from Amazon.sg for S$12.88. The same reseller, 12buy.sg, is also selling on Shopee for S$13.28.
Tesla cars come with 128GB Flash Drive, which may not be enough for you.
I read about flash drives and SSDs being unable to handle the frequent, continuous writes from the cameras, and the Tesla community recommend getting a microSD card reader with a high-endurance microSD card.
So I got the 512GB SanDisk High Endurance microSD with the SanDisk MobileMate USB 3.0 microSD Card Reader to replace the 128GB Tesla Flash Drive.
Since it is so tiny and plugs directly into the USB-A port of the glovebox, it doesn’t move or take up space.
