mmm, I think yr stats teaches me bit more of optimizing my site graphics, I am getting like 19.5GB of transfer a month but with much fewer visitors per day in total, maybe I can use yrs as a benchie!

I mostly used background images with repeat so that the images are kept small in size. I also packed Javascript using http://dean.edwards.name/packer/ which sometimes reduce the JS file by 50%.

Now I am looking at CSS optimizing by removing all whitespaces and linebreaks.

woo, the packer is interesting, maybe i can throw in prototype and see how much it can reduce the filesize by!

I did try throwing in prototype before but it doesn’t work well. That was quite long ago. No idea whether they fixed that. I used jQuery and it is packed by default =D
