Went to Hong Kong over the weekend to attend a relative wedding and since I have nothing much to buy for that trip, I decided to get the Mophie Powerstation Plus (12,000mAh) from the newly opened Apple Store at 100 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong.
In Hong Kong, the Mophie Powerstation Plus (12,000mAh) is retailing for HK$1,298 (S$240). Apparently, on Apple Online Store (Singapore), it is retailing for only S$209.
Mophie Powerstation Plus is a series of power banks from Mophie that has an integrated Lightning cable to charge your iPhone and integrated USB cable to charge the power bank itself. There is also a integrated Micro USB cable version available if you are using Android or Windows Phone devices. With integrated cable, you do not need to bring any additional cables along with your power bank.
There are four capacities in the series: 3,000mAh, 5,000mAh, 7,000mAh and 12,000mAh. The 7,000mAh and 12,000mAh are coming soon.
Google has launched Google+ Pages, which is Google+ Version of Facebook Pages. To create a Google+ Page, just visit this URL, plus.google.com/pages/create.
I wish Google+ has support for nicer URLs like what they did in Facebook for both pages and profiles URL. No freaking way anybody is going to remember the ID of your profile or page.
Google+ API is finally released. This initial API release is focused on public data only (it lets you read information that people have shared publicly on Google+).
Google+ API methods are RESTful HTTP requests which return JSON responses and it uses OAuth 2 for secure trusted access to user data.
Interesting project by Google, it reminds me of Facebook with Friend’s List. No idea how different is it from Facebook till I tried it. But I love the Circle UI, quite a new and interesting concept.
Among the most basic of human needs is the need to connect with others. With a smile, a laugh, a whisper or a cheer, we connect with others every single day.
