Apple Announces iPad 2

The fact that you can connect the new iPad to a high-definition T.V is insane. A teacher, who could present an entire lecture through big-screen iPad interface, would deal with an enormous advantage as compared to delivering a verbal lecture to a classroom. This iPad would have lightning speed censors and fast-speed internet within a moments notice. Years ago, overhead projectors were placed in high schools and college classrooms to teach students the course material. The fact that teachers will now be able to expose this material to their students as well as look up quick facts on the internet and other examples is extremely beneficial. This technology is changing our world and eventually we are going to deal with everything virtually. With this new technology, teachers and professors will have over 350,000 lectures to present to their students during class lectures, making room for quicker and faster learning while exposing students to different sides of knowledge.

Samsung Lapfit LD190G Review

So am I to understand that this model will work off the Macbook with ONLY the USB cable? I was looking at the little 7″ mimo monitors to set up in a meeting room. With the right processor, you can have 5 or 6 connected. But if I can get the 19 or 22″ sammy with only the USB cable for presentations, this would be great.

Apple Exchange Policy

Thanks for sharing this. One of the best thing about being in the States in how consumer rights here is a really big deal. Not only can are there no-questions-asked return policies, but an increasing number of manufacturers even have a zero-dead-pixel policy (e.g. Samsung’s LCD). Since I’m really into gadget shopping, I’d be more stressed out buying anything in Singapore. *Shakes head*.

BTW, if you’re into consumer rights, do read… do you think a blog like that would work in Singapore?

Wonderful Lester! Just a bug report on the comment text fields, it seems to be squashed, like there’s no space for Website: so it goes under haphazardly. See

Accident: Car Skidded

“@gamerz Glad you’re ok. Looks like a bad accident, but your parents are swell about it :)”

Don’t you wish friends could twitter directly onto your blog commenting system? Sounds like a slick WP plugin idea to me ;P

Dell 2408WFP

Nice setup. I’m using a SOYO 24″ LCD, cheap (US$299) but works for desktop spanning and for my Xbox 360. Are you spanning across to your TV as well?

The highest concentration of the Alexa toolbar users are in South Korea and US. Your WP plug-in may have attracted people from these countries.

Both & viewers are from Singapore and I’ve not came across anybody who uses the Alexa toolbar here.

I changed polls.php according to comment #8 above.

And yes, there are polls in there.

And I know we’re still working on this, but I do want to thank you for not just writing these cool plugins but also for being willing to support users like me with questions and problems.

It is much appreciated. 🙂

Done… but it’s still not working.

Specific steps taken:
– went to Polls/Poll Option
– changed Sorting of Poll Results
– saved, got confirmation message
– changed Sorting of Poll Results back
– saved, got confirmation message
– refreshed web index in second window
– voted
= no change

I then tried creating a new poll, but got the same results.

And just for reference, I just tried making the
add_action(’init’, ‘vote_poll’);
change, and while I’m no longer getting the error message, the poll isn’t working.

I’m using a lightly modded Kubrick and am getting error messages similar to Vagabond:

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/kbarrow/public_html/wp-content/themes/KubMod/header.php:5) in /home/kbarrow/public_html/wp-content/plugins/polls.php on line 257

Could you email me too, please? 🙂
