I think can, need to try o apply online. A Level results will be out tomorrow, so I think NUS should be available for admission soon. Yap we need to go in NS and from what I heard is best to secure a place before going in so that you can have a piece of mind.

I still hope I can get into a U, NUS/NTU doesn’t matter.

gal..you never read news ah, even It ppl can study law now. They open up the system to that student don’t have to stick to their old course. At least this was what i heard

but then, you have to start from year 1, you cannot be excused for 1 year.
