Had lunch today at The Nudle Bar again at Hereen, this time I ate the Yaki Ramen, taste good. I didn’t know they got a promotion with CitiBank till my mom asks. For every 3 main dishes ordered, you will get 2 side dishes free. And one side dish costs about $6 to $8.
I went to SimLim Square after that to buy my brother’s computer and my graphics card. I wanted to get a Leadtek GeForce 4 Ti 4600, but Fuwell didn’t have the stock so end up getting MSI GeForce 4 Ti4600 8x. My brother bought a P4 2.4GHz with 512MB PC2700 DDR Ram, 80GB Maxtor HDD, Creative Audigy, and also an MSI GeForce 4 Ti4600 8x. Total cost plus my graphics card is around $2.5k.
I came back don’t know why my WindowsXP got problems with my GeForce 4 Ti4600, every time say driver error, same case as my last time the USB 2. So end up reformatting my whole computer. Talk with Lian on the phone while installing. LOL. Spend about 5 hours installing back some of the software. I will be continuing to install more software when I come back from school tomorrow.
Now my computer looks so empty. LOL
7th Week of school starts tomorrow. 1 week more till term break. =D

MSI not bad, I using their sis648 motherboard, very good.
Actually it is not that complicated, dun need to reformat, jus uninstall all video drivers, and get the newer ones in. If can’t enter windows, do it in safe mode.
His 3D Mark 2003 score is around 1.5k, 3D Mark 2001 SE is around 12k.
I tried uninstalling the drivers, it just would not work. Exactly the same case as my PCI to USB2 card.
After installing the driver, there will be an error saying error in installing driver.

Mmmm same old problem ah. But your Power on self test (POST) with the card is ok rite? so no hardware problems, its very much a software driver problem.
You mean u can’t even uninstall the drivers? go to “device manager- display adapter” under “control panel- system” should be able too ah… wipe yr comp clean of the driver, then insert the installer disc.
If not try to follow the driver installation instructions on the provided booklet loh You can trying going to MSI webby to dl the new updated drivers.
Btw, my 3d mark 03 score is 1663, keke still in the lead…
LOL, tried that, anyway never, it is good to do a reformatting, so clean the computer.
